Do I provide a facility?

Fitness: All fitness training is online, unless asked otherwise. At that point you must provide a facility.

Basketball training: You must provide a facility where we will have a court to ourselves, that means if you must reserve a court for our slotted training session, that is on you.

What if I miss a session and have paid?

Illness, last second injury, emergency (within reason) are all understandable reasons to cancel, however you will have limited time to use up the session that you needed to reschedule.

Facility Conflict:

If you have a gym and end up facing a conflict, unfortunately that session will count. However, if I have a gym and I have a conflict, that session will be rescheduled for you.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. You must provide a facility when booking sessions.
  2. When purchasing packages, all packages must be scheduled immediately following purchase.
  3. If client cancels a session(s), all must be done within 48-72hrs in advance. If client cancels inside the last 47hrs, that session itself will be counted and no refund will be given.
  4. All sessions that are given back due to cancellations and were accepted, you will have 30days to use that session before it is counted and no refund is given.
